We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.

  • Supply necessary approvals, feedback, and content in a timely manner.

  • Not use our services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials may affect timelines and are not grounds for refunds.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All fees must be paid in full as agreed before work begins, unless otherwise stated in a contract.

  • Payments are processed securely through approved third-party processors.

  • Late or missed payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Refund Policy

Our Refund & Return Policy applies to all services. Refunds are only issued under specific conditions, as outlined in that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All original work created by Medialens LLC (designs, campaigns, videos, etc.) remains our property until full payment has been received.

  • Upon payment, the client receives a license or ownership rights as agreed in the contract.

  • Clients may not resell, reproduce, or misuse our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Medialens LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee specific results (such as sales or engagement growth), as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client violates these Terms of Service.

  • Payment is not made on time.

  • The project involves illegal or unethical activity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
