At Medialens LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing, media, and creative services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure transparency regarding our return and refund practices.

1. Services Provided

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Digital marketing campaigns

• Branding & design

• Social media management

• Photography, videography & content creation

• Consulting & strategy sessions

As our services involve digital work and custom deliverables, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

• Service not delivered within the agreed timeframe and without prior communication.

• Cancellation before project start (refund may be subject to administrative fees).

• For subscription services, cancellations made within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund if no service has been rendered.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

• Services have already been delivered or partially completed.

• Customized digital products (graphics, videos, campaigns, strategies) have been provided.

• Delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, feedback, or approvals.

• The client changes their mind after service delivery.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations requested before work begins may qualify for a refund (minus any administrative or processing fees).

• Once a project is in progress, only partial refunds (if applicable) may be considered depending on work completed.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

• Any transaction or processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
